Terri Lynn hating in the name of the Lord

Nashville’s NBC affiliate Television reports

A proposed bill in the Tennessee General Assembly seeks to classify children born through artificial insemination as illegitimate children.

Representative Terry Lynn Weaver (Republican-Lancaster) proposed HB 1406, which is intended to repeal the current statute regarding children born through artificial insemination.

TCA 68-3-306 provides for the child to be considered the legitimate child of a husband and wife if the child is born through artificial insemination and with the consent of the husband. “A child born to a married woman as a result of artificial insemination, with consent of the married woman’s husband, is deemed to be the legitimate child of the husband and wife.” (TCA 68-3-306)

Let’s Amend the Bill – Christian Like

However, the bill proposed by Weaver, with the Senate equivalent (SB 1153) proposed by Senator Joey Hensley (R-Hohenwald), would repeal that statute and label the child as illegitimate despite the couple (straight) being married and both consenting.

From Weaver’s Wikipedia page:

Terri Lynn Weaver posted a photo onto Facebook with her standing next to her Pastor, who was dressed as Aunt Jemima in full black face, and left the comment, “Aunt Jemima, you is so sweet.” In her apology, she claimed “I’m the least racist of anyone. Some of my greatest friends are black.” Terri Lynn is a singer-songwriter who claims to have three number one gospel songs and a female singer and entertainer of the year award from 1993, though the only reference for this claim is her own website

Paula’s comments:

It is hard to begin to comment given that this “Gospel Singer” is not bringing “Good News” to anyone.   Gospel is translated as “Good News.”  In this woman’s sick, twisted and unloving mind – artificial insemination is not NATURAL.  Perhaps, she thinks -“If God wanted you to have a child, He would give you one!”  How can anyone deny a couple (straight or gay) that wishes to have a child through science (which is the wisdom of God)?  If we are to take this “Natural/unnatural” thinking into other areas – there would be no chemotherapy treatments (God must will you to die) – childbirth must be natural (no needles for pain or C sections).

Terri Lynn needs to do some research: 1.  How many children born “naturally” are abused and taken into custody?  2. Why would you brand a child illegitimate/bastard?   3. How many children born through artificial insemination are abused or taken into custody ?  Since the parents desperately want these children and will go through artificial insemination, I would think the number would be very small or non-existent.

Terri Lynn needs to go to the Bible where it is clear that a human wrote who could come into the Jewish Sanctuary or serve as Jewish Priests:   These people were forbidden, so Terri Lynn should crusade against any pastor who has these defects:   1. blind    2. lame    3. wearing glasses (Yahweh  required 20:20 vision).     4.  any pimples, blemishes  5. men without testicles (lost in war or cancer).   If she reads Paul’s letters, she should be at home with her head covered.

Listen up, Ministers/Pastors – Terri Lynn may be after YOU next.   Leviticus 21

13 “‘The woman he marries must be a virgin. 14 He must not marry a widow, a divorced woman, or a woman defiled by prostitution, but only a virgin from his own people, 15 so that he will not defile his offspring among his people. I am the Lord, who makes him holy.’”

16 The Lord said to Moses, 17 “Say to Aaron: ‘For the generations to come none of your descendants who has a defect may come near to offer the food of his God.18 No man who has any defect may come near: no man who is blind or lame, disfigured or deformed; 19 no man with a crippled foot or hand, 20 or who is a hunchback or a dwarf, or who has any eye defect, or who has festering or running sores or damaged testicles. 21 No descendant of Aaron the priest who has any defect is to come near to present the food offerings to the Lord. He has a defect; he must not come near to offer the food of his God. 22 He may eat the most holy food of his God, as well as the holy food; 23 yet because of his defect, he must not go near the curtain or approach the altar, and so desecrate my sanctuary. I am the Lord, who makes them holy.’”
