Just because there are so-called prophets endorsing a human leader doesn’t mean that God’s stamp of approval is on it. I do agree with you that Trump’s quick ascendancy to power is very unusual and God may have had His hand in it.
However, that is not necessarily a good thing. God also raised up Nebuchadnezzar specifically to bring judgement down upon nations who were in rebellion and sin. Even against His own people in Judah. Nebuchadnezzar led his army to Jerusalem and totally destroyed everything and carried the Jews off to live in Babylon for 70 years because of their sin and idolatry.
Are you familiar with what scriptures say about the Antichrist in the bible? I will give some scriptures for you to consider:
“Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness” (2 Thessalonians 2:9-12).
So God is the one sending the strong delusion to deceive people who have rejected Him and His word. Jesus said that the level of deception would be so potent that if possible even the very elect would be deceived.
In Revelation we see that the beast was given authority by God to continue for 42 months or 3.5 years and that he waged war against the saints and overcome them. So God allows wicked rulers to rule to bring judgement upon people who reject him. Think about King Saul. People rejected God and so God let the people have their way and gave them their king, which brought terrible things. That is what is going on now in America. The lukewarm church is rejecting Christ’s word and wanting an earthly ruler to solve their problems.
God may use Trump to advance a certain kingdom, but I see no evidence that this Kingdom is His church-just a worldly kingdom that is being set up by God for His own purposes.
